There will be at least one vacant night between every different group using the house.
House cleaners have been given additional time at a living wage to ensure that the house is thoroughly cleaned.
Every house has an electronic door lock so that check in / out requires no contact.
Early check in and late check out will not be an option, except in emergencies.
If the owner / manager / house cleaner / or other support staff needs to enter the house during a booked time frame or within 3 hours of check in or check out, masks and gloves will be worn in the house.
Antibacterial hand soap will be provided at all sinks.
Cleaning and disinfection:
There will be enhanced house cleaning between each group of occupants.
The house cleaner will use disinfectant.
High touch areas will be given extra attention - for examples - light switches, knobs/handles/pulls, toilets, chairs, remotes, kitchen equipment.
The house will be ventilated during and after the cleaning process.
There may be fewer “extra” linens, towels, throw pillows, etc left out in the open. If you need these items, please contact management, to find out where they are tucked away.
How guests can help:
Please bring masks and wear them when you are in our community, at the beach, hiking on trails, any place where you may not be able to maintain more than 6ft of social distance.
Do not bring any shoes into the house - or leave them just inside the front door.
Wash hands immediately after returning to the house from being out in public.
Leave windows cracked to allow for fresh air circulation. OK to leave fans on too.
